Canneloni Spinach

Try this recipe because it’s easy to prepared….


1. 250gr fresh ricotta

2. ¼ cup grated cheese of your choice

3. 250gr frozen spinach, thawed and well drained

4. 1 egg beaten

5. Salt and pepper for taste

6. 1 clove crushed garlic

7. ¼ cup grated parmesan or mozzarella

8. 200grms. pasta sauce

9. Crepes


1. Mix the first six ingredients together in a bowl.

2.Fill your crepes and roll them to take the shape of cannelloni.

3. Place them in a pyrex, spread some tomato sauce and cheese and bake for about 15-20’.

4. Test with a fork.

5. Serve and Enjoy!!!
