Chili-Shrimp

Spicy Shrimp is a delicious shrimp dish that is best eaten with steamed white rice. This dish is very tasty, so expect to consume more rice.

Ingredients:

1. 1 lb. shrimp (with head and shell), cleaned

2. 3/4 cup leaks chopped

3. 2 tsp.Sriracha hot sauce

4. 2 tbsp. hoisin sauce

5. 4 tbsp.ketchup

6. 2 tbsp. sweet chili sauce

7. 1 tbsp. fish sauce

8. 1 knob ginger, minced

9. 2 tbsp. cooking oil

10. 5 garlic cloves, minced

11. a few drops of sesame oil

Procedure:

1. Heat the oil in a pan.

2. Sauté the garlic and ginger

3. Put-in the shrimp. Stir and then cook for 1 minute.

4. Add the ketchup, hot sauce, chili sauce, and hoisin sauce. Stir. Cook for 2 to 4 minutes.

5. Pour-in the fish sauce and some sesame oil.

6. Add the leaks. Stir and then cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

7. Serving in a plate.. Serve with rice and Enjoy!!!
