Ham & Sausage Omelette

You can easily prepare this delicious omelet on your own by following the steps below.

Ingredients:

1. 4 medium eggs

2. 1/2 cup sausage

3. 1/2 cup cooked ham

4. 1/4 cup red bellpeppers sliced

5. 1/4 cup green bellpeppers sliced

6. salt and black ground pepper

Procedure:

1. Beat the eggs and turn on stove under medium fire.

2. Sautee the ham and the sausages until brown.

3. Add the onions,the red and green bellpeppers.

4. Mix together and turn to low fire.

5. Add the eggs

6. Keep folding after a while if you don’t want to overcook the eggs.

7. Serve and Enjoy!!!

PECAN-PANCAKES-WITH-CHOCOLATE-CHIPS

Try this recipe because it’s easy to make and delicious.

Ingredients:

1. 1 cup all-purpose flour

2. 1/3 cup finely chopped pecans, toasted

3. 1/3 cup chocolate chips

4. 1 tsp. granulated sugar

5. 1 tsp. brown sugar

6. ½ tsp. baking powder

7. ½ tsp. ground cinnamon

8. ¼ tsp. baking soda

9. 1/8 tsp. salt

10. 1 cup milk

11. 2 tbsp. vegetable oil

12. 1 large egg

Procedure:

1.  Stir together the  first 8 ingredients until well combined.

2.  Whisk together milk, oil, and egg in a bowl, add the  flour mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.

3.  Pour ¼ cup butter for each pancake onto a hot, lightly greased pan. Cook pancakes until tops are covered with bubbles.

4. . Turn and cook other sides and serve immediately.

Lasagna

Lasagna-in-Bechamel-Sauce

This Easy Lasagna Recipe is simple and delicious. The richness of the white sauce makes the dish taste heavenly.

Ingredients:

1.1 package lasagna

2.  700 grms. minced chicken

3. 2 tbsp. oil

4.  2 medium carrots, grated or chopped

5.  1 tbsp. chopped parsley

6.  1 onion, grated

7.  150 ml. red wine

8. 500 ml. crushed tomatoes

9. Salt, pepper, cinnamon

10. Garlic

For the béchamel:

1. 600 ml. fresh milk

2.  1 ½ tbsp. tablespoon corn flour

3. 100 grms. ricotta cheese melted with a fork

4. 100 grms.grated cheese Edam or Gouda

5. Some pepper

Procedure:

1. In a saucepan, add the olive oil and sauté the onion and (optional) the garlic until wilted.

2. Add the mince and continue sautéing, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, until it is as granular as possible.

3. Add the carrots and cook for another 3 minutes.

4. Add the wine, let the alcohol evaporates, add the tomato, salt and spices and simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 180 ° C.

For Béchamel:

1. Place over medium heat a small saucepan with the milk, cornstarch, and pepper and stir well with a whisk until the mixture thickens.

2. Remove from the heat, add the cheese and stir well.

3. On a lightly greased ovenproof dish, place a layer of lasagna and over them the half meat mixture, another layer of our pasta, the remaining meat mixture and finish with another layer of lasagna.

4. Spread the béchamel and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes.

Yema is a type of custard candy made from egg yolks and condensed milk. This is a common Filipino dessert and one of the easiest to make.

Ingredients:

1. 3 tbsp unsalted butter

2. 3 egg yolks

3. 3 tbsp. peanuts, chopped

Procedure:

1. Place the butter in a heated saucepan and allow to melt

2. Stir-in the condensed milk and allow to cook for 3 minutes

3. Add the egg yolks then continue stirring for 2 minutes

4.  Set the heat to medium and put-in the chopped peanuts then stir until the mixture becomes thick (about 15 to 20 minutes). Adjust heat to low when texture is about to be achieved.

5. Turn-off the heat and allow the mixture to cool down

6. When the temperature of the mixture is tolerable, scoop a spoonful then roll with your hands to form a sphere (ball shape).

7. Transfer to a serving dish and apply your desired presentation.

8. Serve and Enjoy!!!

Beef-Stew-Recipe

Beef Stew is made by simmering beef in liquid until it becomes tender. This process makes the beef tender while releasing all its natural flavor. This recipe makes use of beef broth, which is readily available in any grocery store.

Ingredients:

1. 2 lbs. beef, slice in cubed

2. 3 medium carrots, chopped

3. 1 1/2 cups chopped celery ribs

4. 3 medium potatoes, slice in cubed

5. 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika

6. 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

7. 2 pieces bay leaves

8. 1 tbsp.cornstarch diluted in 2 tbsp water

9. 1 tsp. garlic, minced

10. 1 medium onion, chopped

11. 2  beef broth

12. 1 1/2 teaspoon salt

13. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

14. 2 tbsp. cooking oil

Procedure:

1. Heat oil in a pot.

2. Sear the beef, add onion, garlic, bay leaves, ground cloves, and paprika. Stir and cook for 2 minutes.

3. Pour-in beef broth and let boil. Simmer until beef becomes tender.Note: This can take up to more than 1 hour depending on the meat that you will use. Add water as needed.

4. Add celery ribs, carrots, potatoes, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for 6 to 10 minutes.

5. Pour-in diluted cornstarch. Stir and cook for a minute more

6. Turn off heat and transfer to a serving bowl.

7. Serve and Enjoy!!!

Polvoron

This is considered as a dessert or snack in the Philippines wherein roasted rice puffs referred to locally as “pinipig” is added. It is sold also in the store’s.

Ingredients:

1. 4 cups all purpose flour.

2. 2 cups powdered milk

3. 3/4 cup pinipig, crushed

4. 1 1/8 cup butter, softened

5. 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Procedure:

1. Heat a frying pan or a wok then put in the flour. Toast the flour until you smell the aroma and the color turns light brown. Make sure to stir while toasting to prevent the flour from being burn.

2. Once the flour is toasted, let it cool down for about 20 minutes then transfer to a mixing bowl.

3. Add the powdered milk then stir using a balloon whisk.

4. Put-in the granulated sugar then stir again.

5. Add-in the crushed pinipig then stir until very ingredient is well distributed.

6. Pour-in the softened butter and mix well. You may use your clean hands in doing the procedure. After mixing, let it stand for at least 10 minutes to allow the butter to cool. This will make the mixture more intact.

7. Using a polvoron molder, scoop the mixture and put it on top of a pre-cut Japanese paper or cellophane then wrap.

8. Serve. Share and Enjoy!!!
